As an AUDI hobby restorer, there has been over $20k spent on the interior, exterior & mechanicals to take this car to arguably better than the new appearance/options. There is no other original Mark 1 TT on the market I can see that has been refurbished like this. This has included new leather, new gear box, adding in color coded reverse sensors (original cars did not have this option), new flat bottom suede/leather red stitching steering wheel, Bluetooth music & phone done in a way that the original cabin BOSE unit remains (Dension behind dash used for this upgrade), all to preserve the TT aviation 30s theme, suspension rework, no faded/worn cabin buttons, engine pipes/hoses replaced, all 4 wheels have been sanded, fillled & repainted so no gutter rash and the list goes on for other maintenance... In the photos I show 2 pages of spreadsheet listings for some of the last few years numerous engine, chassis & aesthetic refurbishments e.g. honeycomb front grill, black-silver body emblem/light contrasts, suspension and trim additions/repairs.
