This is your once in a lifetime opportunity to become the next custodian of the rarest modern day Lotus ever built. The Lotus 340R is one of the best handling cars ever made, ranked 2nd best by Evo magazine only to the koenigsegg. The driving experience from the handling, power & noise is purely sublime. It was fitted with the factory 190hp upgrade at the time of manufacture.
This example is fitted with a reverie boost tube including a quick release hood kit. The car has recently had engine oil mobile 1, gearbox oil redline, brake fluid castrol srf, radiator fluid, timing belt, alloy fuel tank, all silicone hoses, new battery, new fuel pump & sender & alloy radiator as preventative maintenance, air filter, new alloy belled disc rotors & pads, new nitron adjustable suspension fitted and the seats have been re-trimmed. There is much more I’ve forgotten. It doesn’t need a cent spent on it, is in mechanically perfect condition and is ready to drive anywhere in Australia.
I’d intended to keep this car forever but we are moving to a farm requiring 4wd access and I’m just not going to have the time to use this car nor am I super keen to make the necessary driveway improvements to get it in and out safely. It needs to be with someone who has the time to use it.
The QLD personalised plates are not included. I’m happy to assist with transport arrangements or simply fly into Mackay and drive home, the car is ready to go. I can provide a roadworthy if required for Qld owners. These cars are very rare with less than 300 world wide and only 6 in Australia. You will not find a more fun or more collectible vehicle anywhere and this modern classic will only appreciate in value going forward and being in such great condition this is an investment that is certain to appreciate.
