Super rare collectible original 6 speed Manual BMW E46 M3. 252kw
This is the only M3 in the world in this configuration which was rolled off the production line in December 2000.
This was the E46 M3 launch year and is now for sale in Australia. This is the first produced M3 convertible with the Imola Red 2 colour complete with the Red interior. This car is Number 1 of a total of 181 Globally produced Right hand drive Manual convertible cars with the same colour configuration none of which any others made it to our Australian shores.
This car was built in December 2000 and it was fully optioned when manufactured including the provision of the large 19 inch factory fitted BMW wheels, packed with all the latest technology including LED tail lights. This car was the launch display car for the new M3 series and was subsequently sold by BMW 3 years after manufacture and first registered in 2003.
The car is owned by a BMW enthusiast and has a full service history with receipts, it is always kept garaged and is in immaculate condition.
All major works have been completed which are troublesome for the E46 M3 such as subframe reinforcement and vanos system failures.
The most discerning M3 enthusiast will appreciate the value that this car provides as an investment as the rarity of this car can not be rivaled.
The only recent after market change to the car is the cars original GPS navigation system has been upgraded to a state of the art touch screen computerised navigation, entertainment system, hosting bluetooth handsfree phonecalls and all the latest apps such as Waze, google maps, Spotify, Netflix and features the latest in wifi and blue tooth technology.
The undamaged original GPS system is kept in secure storage by the current owner and can be reinstalled if the new owners prefer the car to be kept as 100% original.
The car still has all the finer details intact and as new like the original unused first aid kit under the passenger seat, the rechargeable torch in the glove box, the toolkit in the boot, the list goes on.
This convertible car also comes with the original factory fitted hard top which provides the best of both worlds. Hard top protection and convenience for normal driving use with the option to take it off in less than 1 minute and leave it at home in the garage to go for a Sunday drive with the top down on lovely days.
