A modern classic which will satisfy daily driver requirements as well.
Designed by legendary Bruno Sacco with the SL model considered the pinnacle. Mid model updates including colour coded bumpers, rounded side mirrors, 2 vent side strakes, 5 spoke alloys, rear light assembly changes and internally steering wheel upgrades and improved climate controlled AC.
These later models are not plagued with wiring harness problems like mid '90s cars. Common issues with all R129 cars have been corrected. New corrosion resistant AC evaporator. Common interior polymer issues all dealt with with new parts or repairs and side bolster wear and tear not a problem as seats and steering wheel have been reupholstered by MB expert trimmer.
Removable coupe hard top for roadster motoring in comfort with wind deflector. Black fabric soft roof with hydraulics in full working order. Rollover safety protection with automatically deploying roll bar. Can be driven in up or down position.
The SL320 has classic MB suspension and not the hydraulic active system of the 500 and 600s which are so prone to problems and costly repairs.
A magnificent drive in this MB quality GT with ample boot space for luggage on longer trips. Driving enjoyment for years to come.
