I personally imported this FD from Tokyo in 2021. I inspected 16 FDs in Japan before purchasing this car due to its straight body, mint dash and excellent interior condition. 84,400kms.
Major highlight: full MazFix Performance engine rebuild completed September 2025 with Haltech Nexus S3 ECU upgrade. Approximately 400km since rebuild and currently on run-in tune. Over $22,000 in engine work alone with original invoices.
I have all the import paperwork. The FD was previously registered in QLD for 4 years. I de-registered the FD 12 months ago prior to the full engine rebuild and Haltech ECU upgrade by Mazfix Performance. I have receipts for 90% of the work done in the last 5 years. Over $58,000 in premium mods. This FD is absolutely incredible to drive and the self-levelling Accuair air suspension has made it far more drivable around driveways & speed bumps - handles better than before the air suspension due to the incredible D2 Racing air struts.
The number plates ‘AIRX7’ are included in the sale for a QLD Buyer. For a Qld buyer I am also happy to arrange a blue mod plate for the air suspension. Lowest priced FDs on Carsales are $80K so for an extra $20K you get a brand new built engine with Haltech ECU, air suspension, wrap, Nappa leather: seats and a huge list of other modifications as detailed below:
