This car has been in my ownership since 2010. I am the second owner; it came from a deceased estate. It was lent to my 40-year-old daughter from 2019 until October last year. Mechanically it is in perfect condition, meticulously serviced every 10,000k's. It has never been involved in an accident, the paint work is above average for its age, but it is showing small chips and marks but no panel or bumper corner scratches.
The interior is in excellent condition, all the dashboard globes work, i have just had the 21 globes replaced, cruise control works, the heating and air conditioner work perfectly.
Almost new Michelin tyres, they have covered 15,000 k'ms so far, they usually do around 120,000 k'ms and everything works as it should, any parts replaced in my total ownership are genuine Mercedes parts.
A great safe and reliable car for someone looking for an example of one of the best model cars Mercedes ever built. It has 5 Alloy wheels, 2 with very minor kerb scratches, a full-size spare wheel, tool kit which has never been used, a first aid kit which has never been opened, and the full owner's manual in its original pouch.
I need to downsize my car collection as we are now retired and storage is a problem.
This 1998 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C200 Avantgarde Auto was the top of the range available.
