This A8 has recently developed an issue with the T-Bar selector for the automatic transmission. It has only been sitting in storage & not used.
It will not go into the "Park" position correctly & therefore won't start in the faulty "Park" position but will start in the "Neutral " position. When started it has no "Drive" or "Reverse" movement. Engine starts & runs perfectly.
Think its a selector, selector cable or inhibitor switch fault or maybe the transmission module ?
Sadly due to health its time to sell.

Car has been professionally paint treated with ceramic coating.
Drives & sounds awesome but still has good fuel economy with the smaller 3.7lt V8.
Also features electric sunroof, adjustable hydraulic rear suspension/ride height & upgraded headlights & led lighting front & rear.
