This car has been well looked after, not just during but also prior to my near 2 year ownership as can be seen from it's excellent condition throughout.
Because I'm an anal prick (and a BMW fanboy for the last 26 years), during my ownership I have replaced all the important items.
Shocks, suspension components - tie rods, control arms etc (alignment at AutoClassic), brake discs and pads, trans mounts, engine mounts, rear subframe bushes, propshaft yoke and balance, oxygen sensors, spark plugs, fuel: pump, filters, regulator, lines, water pump and thermostat housing + hoses, belts, pulleys and tensioners, rocker cover gaskets. All the fluids and filters have been replaced: Trans, brakes, coolant, engine, rear diff. Everything is fresh and new so nothing to spend.
NOTE: All the items used have been either genuine BMW or OEM. I have not fitted one piece of Chinese rubbish to this car!
Prior to my ownership the car has been lowered on Eibach springs.
Service and maintenance records show the engine has been replaced mid 2008 by AutoClassic.
There are no rattles, squeaks, creaks, or leaks. Just the typical solid-feel BMW driving experience.
That's the good stuff. Now the bad.. Left rear door window doesn't work, and the drivers seat is suffering from 'seat twist'.
It was love at first sight for me when I saw this classic dream, so it pains me to sell. Genuine reason for sale.
