If you're looking at an E30 ad, then I don't have to begin to talk up how great they are, you're obvously a car person and know what you're looking for (My kind of person, go you).
Selling my 1992 E30 convertible, which was the last year of the model production. As such, this one is galvanised unlike the pre-facelift cars so rust is likely to never be an issue. It comes with all the M tech 2 kit: front bumber, side skirts, rear bumper, and most importantly the 370mm M Tech 2 steering wheel. However it is on bottle cap wheels (you'll thank yourself for not having the baskets when you go to clean them).
In addition to this, it has had a manual gearbox upgrate to the Getrag 280/5 box from the E28 which was the beffiest on offer back in the day.
I've loved this car for several years, being the third owner it is clear it has been used, but respected by all three owners. I've loved taking it on drives in and out of Sydney, and it is one of the most fun cars to drive. It's been relatively bullet proof with no major mechanical failures and all maintenance undergone when required. The car comes with a big folder of every single thing ever done to it from all owners and a box of various spare parts I was gifted by the previous owner (never had to use any of them).
The paint is all original and mostly perfect with few minor scuffs that you would expect of a 30+ year old car. It has been ceramic coated and has all the trademarks of good washing techniques over its life (never used in an automated car wash) in addition to being garaged its whole life. The roof has also recently been re-finished and the leather interior was re-upholstered by the second owner. Lastly, I've had the timing belt replaced last year so you can have peace of mind it won't go 'kabang' on you (or be stressed that you'll have to replace it soon).
I'll be sad to see it go, but as you probably understand, there are other awesome cars a boy wants to own and experience throughout his life. I'm in no rush to sell so will be happy to wait for the right price.
PS: The car is on historic plates which are non-transferable however it has just undergone registration for a whole year and has passed inspection. So putting on regular plates or historic rego under your own name will be easy.
