A classic car in excellent condition that has been regularly and expertly maintained. This car had a previous owner before the current owner in the 1990s, and it can be seen from the date-stamped maintenance record that the previous owner ensured regular maintenance (mainly by Scuderia Veloce, NSW). Since I acquired the vehicle, it has always been maintained by Brisbane Porsche specialists: mainly Porsche Centre Brisbane and DHM Auto. Road safety certificate available. Apart from the original date-stamped maintenance record, I also have a folder of recent receipts demonstrating that no expense has been spared to ensure the car is kept in great condition (more than $50,000 in about the last 2 years on restoring mechanicals such as wiring and power steering, as well as regular maintenance), so there will be no nasty surprises. No rust, scratches or dents at all.
Features include: 5 litre V8 engine, capable of accelerating from 0–60 mph in approximately 5.1–5.9 seconds, automatic transmission, cruise control, cute pop-up front headlights, power windows, air-conditioning, radio and 6CD changer, spare tyre and original toolkit. Everything is working.
Immaculately maintained interior. Original cream leather seating, including bucket back seats suitable for the kids. (NB: The automatic details are incorrect that there are only 2 seats - there are 4 seats).
Wheels have factory anodized finish and no kerb rash. Exterior paint is the same Baltic metallic blue as the 928 that was driven by Jeremy Clarkson in the iconic Argentinian episode.
The car has always been regularly driven, with the only exception being when it was being maintained. Currently only being driven on weekends (every weekend, to make sure it stays in good shape). It has always been kept in my locked garage when not being driven.
I hate to sell this car, but my own advancing age means it is no longer a practical choice to keep it, and the garage space is now needed for another car.
