This car is in keeping with a vehicle of its age, it presents well, drives well but it does need a couple of things done to it.
I have enjoyed owning and driving it as it was a dream of mine to own a 500SL from back in the mid 1990's. They were $225K when I first dreamt of owning one and next minute they were $445K. I would love to keep it but simply do not have a surplus of funds to keep it on the road. I have come to realise that people that own these sorts of toys generally have money to throw at doing them up, a passion for Classic cars.
