Can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia for the right buyer. I'm also confident it would make any trip on a permit if you prefer. 1985 Porsche 928 S2 Euro (310hp). Imported from Singapore in 2001. Last registered in QLD in 2017-18. Prior history of registration in NSW before this (have paperwork). Recently completed a 2300km journey from NSW to SA, after 8 years in storage. Full fuel system refresh, including new injectors, fuel pump, and high pressure lines/filter. Recent service ahead of the trip. Has good service history up until around 2015, shortly after which the car went into storage. Car runs and drives really well. Perfect candidate for historic registration (eligible in every state). Drive and enjoy whilst working away at a longer term, rolling restoration. Custom exhaust (sounds AMAZING!), good interior (front seats and dash recently recovered). Timing belt and water pump replaced 3000km ago, with oil/filters/spark plugs done before the trip back from NSW. Some issues that will require attention: No reg/RWC (priced accordingly); Driveshaft boots need replacing (easy job, necessary for RWC); Has a minor oil leak from the oil cooler lines - suspect a fitting or crush washer on cooler feed line, or possibly a cooler line (would also suggest this be done before RWC); Sunroof and A/C are not working, though maintenance records show the A/C system was refreshed around 10 years ago (before it was stored), so may just need a regas. Sunroof drains/seals need to be looked at. Was painted shortly before going into storage. The paint looks good from 10 feet, but is not perfect. Otherwise, it's in good condition for a 41 year old car. Has some minor cosmetic issues (eg. missing auto shifter button), and some typical minor 928 electrical gremlins, including interior ldome light issues and electric trunk release issues (all of which are well known online and fixable).
