Having purchased this F100 Bullnose as a restoration "passion project" in February 2025, we worked with a great classic car restoration team to bring it back to its former glory ... and then some.
But all along, we took care not to stray too far from what Ford had initially intended.
Our most noticeable twist is the exterior colour: a stock Ford Shelby Dark Moss Green. We think the result is stunning and attracts great comments wherever we take it.
The dash and door panels are black and stock, but they include a subtly integrated CarPlay and reverse camera system.
The showpiece of the interior is the plush bench seat finished in tan antique leather with cloth inserts. It's set against a black carpet and headlining.
These vehicles are prone to rust, and we encountered it at the outset. A "donor" cabin of the same model helped us avoid refabrication and patch-ups. Instead, we could get this car down to bare metal and prep before a respray with stunning results.
With the original cabin off and all panels dismantled, it gave clear access to everything underneath. The chassis, brakes, suspension, engine, engine bay, and rear tray got a complete makeover.
The work will protect the structure and finish for many years to come.
The new muffler and exhaust also give the 351 V8 a beautiful, throaty sound without being too loud or obnoxious. The three-speed automatically runs beautifully, and its full NSW registration does not expire until September 2026.
The above should indicate a significant spend to reach this point. We have receipts for all work and parts to approximately $90k. We have photographic documentation of the restoration (about 300 images), so you can appreciate the attention to detail.
While this has been a "passion" project, we are selling because priorities have changed.
I am motivated but not desperate. A fair and reasonable price would be considered as a win for both buyer and seller, hence the listed price.
Welcoming serious inquiries.
