1982 Australian Ford Bronco XLT . 351C with C6 coulmn auto. I've had the vehicle three years and I have replaced a lot of gear to get it to where it is now.
I have replaced:
Steering linkage, rear springs, shockers.
Replaced the power steering box with a recondition unit from an F350, rather than the XD unit that it came with.
The result is that it drives super stable at highway speeds without the Bronco "drift".
Both front and rear brakes have been replaced.
Electrically, I have installed electric thermo fans, a new AC compressor and an ungraded heavy duty alternator.
A new ignition harness was done by an auto elect.
He also got the rear window working from the dash switch, as well as using the key.
Brake controller is installed and a new tow bar.
Window seals replaced to doors and tailgate.
LPG only, and there is no petrol tank.
Starts easily on LPG and runs well.
Body wise the paint is faded, but the bones are good.
Only small spots of surface rust and paint bubbles, clean as a whistle underneath.
The previous owner did a firewall replacement, as it obviously had the standard F truck rust problem there.
It also has a head unit with Apple car play, new speakers and a rear camera.
It will need a new windscreen and the LPG tank tested for RWC, all the other hard work has been done.
Please no joyriders, or offers without viewing the vehicle.
I am not interested in any swaps, so please don't bother asking.
Happy to answer any enquiry.
