As with any 48-year-old vehicle, some things will need attention, but as a weekend car, it is hard to beat. Comfortable, characterful, and guaranteed to draw attention on the road. SPECIFICATIONS - Engine: M110 2.8 Twin-Cam Inline-Six - Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic - Odometer: 307,000 km - Year: 1978 - Last Service: 12 March 2026 - Registration: Club Rego (SA) MODIFICATIONS AND UPGRADES - Suspension: DGR Performance coilovers - height and damper adjustable, separate shock and spring setup (Original standard suspension also included) - Nardi Classic "droopy" 365mm steering wheel (Original factory steering wheel also included) - 14" whitewall tyres fitted on original Mercedes wheels. - Thule vintage roof rack - Pioneer Bluetooth with speakers. - Immobiliser with 2 remote controllers. - White indicator lenses and vintage yellow Hella fog lights that I have not personally used. INTERIOR AND CONDITION - Rare factory cloth insert seats in beige. - The car is also fitted with a sunroof. Due to the roof rack being mounted, the sunroof was disconnected by the previous owner and has not been used since. Condition of the mechanism is unknown. - Electric windows - Serviced 12 March 2026 (Invoice in the photo) - The previous owner advised the AC is operational, however it has not been serviced and used in over 10 years. - No rust REGISTRATION Currently on Club Registration (SA).
