Its time for another family enjoy my immaculate 1977 VW Kombi Camper. Bought in 2014 from Adelaide in its original orange colour, it was fully restored in 2016 by East Coast Kombis Gosford including a bare metal respray and rust properly removed. Engine was rebuilt by GHR Motors Adelaide in 2013 and has done 34,000kms. Gearbox was also reconditioned by GHR Motors 2 years ago and has done 4,000kms. The clutch was replaced at that time. Tyres were replaced in 2019 and have travelled around 10,000kms. Steering box was replaced a year ago and has done less than 2,000kms. The fitout includes new two-tone upholstery and roof lining, new 3/4 rock and roll bed seat, new custom cabinets by Kombi Cabinets Gold Coast, new Waeco fridge, 5 power points, new window and door rubbers and seals, Clipsal external power plug, AC safety switch, sound dampening foil lining, new 4 window poptop canvas, fold away table, Pioneer radio CD player and under dash shelf. The front seats have been rebuilt (springs and foam). Is a genuine 4 seater with seat belts with the rego papers showing 4 seat capacity. Rego expires May 2026 Comes with roof rack, tow bar used only for a bike rack and poptop bed. Car is serviced by VW specialist MacKellar Service Centre in Dee Why last in March 2025. Also available is a wide range of camping gear including a Khyam Driveaway Sleeper Tent.
