Formerly from inland New South Wales, was put over the pits approximately 3 years ago with no issues. Stunning example of this car.
Have just received some history on the car:
Was originally a California car, was converted and painter in the UK before being shipped to WA in the early 2000s. It was then purchased by an owner in the outskirts of Sydney where it had full nsw rego, before making its way to Tas.
A VW expert could find no evidence of rhd conversion, and due to no history I previously reported it was factory rhd which is not the case.
This car is not a standard VW beetle with the roof cut off, and is a much more rewarding driving experience.
Car has ‘Special Interest’ plates which are non-transferable, however will not be surrendered until the car is sold.
