Complete restoration was undertaken by the Triumph Centre in Western Australia. No cost was spared in this restoration which was undertaken with every recommendation suggested by the experts at the Triumph Centre satisfied. The vehicle is listed on their website and is described as potentially the best in WA. The following is an extract from their website: "This Spitfire MKIII will be the best in WA once the full restoration is complete! The owner is also doing sensible minor upgrades and improvements from the standard vehicle. For example, the alternator, power brakes, 14″ x 5.5″ mag wheels, extra oil feed for rockers and camshaft to extend its life, transistorized ignition and 60,000V coil and stainless-steel bumper bars to name a few! All improvements will not detract away from the originality of the car." A phone call to the Triumph Centre's owners Paul or Dave will further explain the quality of this rebuild.
