1969 Volkswagen Type 3 Fastback Original Australian Classic Honest, Sorted & Ready to Drive This ’69 Fastback is not a restored show car, it’s an honest, well-kept Type 3 that has been improved where it matters while still retaining its originality and character. The interior has been professionally restored and presents beautifully, making the car comfortable and enjoyable to drive. Rust repairs around the window areas have been properly cut out and repaired correctly not hidden with filler. The paint and engine remain original, which is becoming increasingly rare in these cars. The paint carries genuine age and patina, giving the car authenticity rather than a “freshly covered-up” feel.
