Selling my immaculate condition, complete rotisserie restoration 1968 Mini. An absolute gem, and and certainly a car that will only increase in value over time.
The body was pulled apart, sandblasted and bolted to a rotisserie for a complete body overhaul. The car has been professionally panel beaten, sanded and painted to perfection. It has absolutely no rust in floors or boot, all patches of rust have been professionally addressed and restored. The car has been completed in Tahiti Blue with white pearl, complete with two white racing stripes on the bonnet and a white roof.
As for the mechanicals of the car, no expense has been spared and everything is working as it should (view video to hear how she sounds). This perfect example has had all new wiring and brake lines, the front and rear subframes have been powder coated in black for maximum paint durability and a beautiful aesthetic.
This is sought after dual fuel tank version of the 60's Mini, along with the 1.1l engine.
The car has brand new adjustable cone suspension - red dot (Bilstein). Both front and rear brakes have new pads and discs installed, along with a completely reconditioned gearbox. Brand new racing alloys and tyres (Yokohama tyres) have been fitted. The small but punchy engine has electric ignition, alternator, extractors and 11'5 SU pot joints.
As you can see from the detailed photos, the interior is brand new. Carpets, and racing bucket seats have barely been sat in, along with the racing steering wheel and brand new gauges.
A modern head unit and touch screen has been installed along with a high definition reverse camera for safety and convenience.
If you are looking for an iconic, mint condition 1960's Mini, this is the Mini for you. Knowing how the car market is currently performing, this car will only increase in value. This is your chance to get your hands on a rare, immaculate, completely restored Mini with nothing else to pay.
