This is a Cooper S TRIBUTE car.
Started it's life as a Minimatic in 1968. Somewhere along the line it was upgraded to the Cooper S Specifications including:
Genuine Cooper S 1275 cc Engine. S/N 9F/SA/Y1387
4 Speed Gearbox
Dual fuel tanks
The car has the original hydrolastic suspension and has spent all of its life in the ACT. The front end (in front of the windscreen) was repainted at some point, but the rest of the car is still in its original Malbo Green livery. This is a rust free 1968 Morris Mini - a rare find, by any standard. I repaired the base of the front seats as the spring rubber was torn when I bought the car. The set base upholstery was also changed due to deterioration, but the remainder of the interior is original. This Mini also has a heater and a windshield washer, rare options from what I understand. The car is on ACT Rego and I can provide a roadworthy for NSW or ACT if required.
