1967 Porsche 911S, original Right Hand Drive, original sunroof car, matching numbers, both engine and gearbox.
This S has been in Australia for over 35 years.
The car was delivered new to Malaysia, and came to Australia sometime in the 1970s.
I purchased the car in the late 1990s, and restored the car which was completed in 2006 to original specification, utilizing the original engine and gearbox, and the the interior was restored to the original materials, with the small exception being the hounds tooth (pepita) inserts.
The engine has the correct S carburettors which were different from the standard (normal) 2.0 engines. They had a high speed enrichment that helped with the mixtures at higher rpm.
The FUCHS wheels are all genuine 4 1/2 inch Fuchs wheels, including the spare wheel. New Michelin XWX tyres have been fitted about 4 years ago, and travelled less than 1500 miles.
The 911 S is an extremely rare car in 1967, with fewer than 10% of these being RHD, and fewer again being delivered new with a sunroof.
A true investment and collector car that can be used regularly.
