1967 MGB Roadster in Flame Red. NSW registered, right-hand drive. Garaged in Bathurst, with occasional trips to Sydney. The body is straight and honest, chrome intact with a new soft top in perfect condition with a clear rear screen. Paintwork has some minor work required to get it back to immaculate, but it still turns heads. Interior is in great condition - the last owner reupholstered seats, plus installed new carpets. Engine bay is clean with the 1.8 B-Series and original twin SUs running as they should. Recently serviced, with new shock absorbers and suspension tune up. Oil pressure and compression readings are in the high range, and oil consumption is good. Later alloy wheels and modern rubber make it a genuine daily driver if that’s your thing, though weekend cruises along the harbour seem more appropriate. Regrettable sale. I love this car, but with my age and after a recent back injury I’m just not able to enjoy it like I once did. It comes with an adaptable hardtop roof and original rubber bumpers. Spares availability worldwide makes ownership straightforward and the MGB community in Australia is active and knowledgeable. Inspections welcome.
