Lovely example of a 1964 Mark II. Finished in Opalescent Silver Grey with Red Leather Interior. Has been fitted with vario-matic power steering, mota-lita wood rimmed steering wheel and air conditioning (Mike Roddy Motors). The vehicle was maintained for 20 years by Mike Roddy Motors in Melbourne prior to being sold and brought to Queensland. where it was serviced by Michael Gill-Bailey (Independent Jaguar Workshop) prior to my purchasing it. Previous to my ownership had a full back to bare metal body restoration. Seller advised the vehicle had only travelled approximately 60,000 miles since an engine rebuild. In addition to the aforementioned, other improvements include a high-powered lighting system, rebuilt braking system, new radiator, 15" triple lace chrome wire wheels, new clutch assembly, new starter motor, rear suspension bushes and Coombs Spats. Rear gearbox seal and pinion seal replaced recently. Tyres and Exhaust System are near new. This vehicle is guaranteed to turn heads - is a pleasure to own and drive. Sadly, I'm no longer able to give it the attention it deserves. Safety Certificate for Qld. registration arranged on sale.
