Rare "1964 1/2" First-Production Mustang – Australian Ground-Up Restoration
Own one of the very first Mustangs ever produced.
This July 1964 build is an authentic "1964 1/2" model, sought after by collectors for its historical significance as one of the original units that launched the pony car revolution.
Complete ground-up restoration performed in Australia (2012).
It has been fastidiously maintained since, remaining in exceptional condition.
Original Drivetrain that features the all period-correct identifiers (ie: GEN Light Dash etc) rebuilt V8 engine and 3-speed automatic transmission.
It runs and drives exactly as a factory-fresh Mustang should.
All stock equipment and running gear have been preserved.
Factory Rare Options: Includes the highly desirable factory-optioned power convertible top in perfect working order.
Bonus Inclusions: Sale includes a set of optional Rally Style wheels for an alternate period-correct look, Car Cover & Car Bra.
This is a pure, "no stories" example with zero aftermarket modifications.
