1964 Sprite MK3 for sale in Champion Red. Car has had a full nut and bolt restoration. All parts are new or reconditioned. Features: -All mechanicals have been built by Bob Rountree Automotive. Bob has extensive knowledge of these cars and builds some of the fastest racing Sprites in Australia. -1275 engine with warm cam, big valve head high compression. -Su carbs rebuilt and balanced with ram tubes -Light flywheel -Baffled sump -Ceramic coated Extractors -Electronic points -New radiator -Oil Cooler --Rebuilt brakes with braided lines -Fully rebuilt gearbox -Rebuilt rear diff 3.9 ratio instead of standard 4.1 -Dyno tuned -New floorpans -Car was put on a rotisserie for full restoration. -New winscreen and side windows -New interior panels and carpet -Moto Lita steering wheel -All gauges reconditioned -New soft top -New 13 inch minilite wheels -Car does come with a few parts/spares etc. Car is a joy to drive with its induction noise and exhaust. Has always been garaged and never been wet. Serviced once a year with new radiator fluid, Diff, gearbox and engine oil. Only really driven around local area for sunday drives. Cost to build one now would be well above asking price, all the hard work has been done and the car is now well sorted. Reason for selling just don't drive it enough. Car is on historical Rego and will be sold unregistered to new buyer.
